Lucas Yoder earns the FloVolleyball Player of the Week honor after leading his USC team in matches versus Long Beach State and Cal State Northridge.
USC senior Lucas Yoder is on track to have a fantastic final season of college volleyball. The 6-foot-5 outside hitter contributed 28 kills to the Trojans' 3-1 (25-19, 25-20, 22-25, 25-22) upset of then-No. 3 Long Beach State at home on Wednesday, hitting .404 and adding six digs.
A few nights later against Cal State Northridge, he led USC with 19 kills and only three errors to hit .552.
Yoder ranks second only to BYU opposite Ben Patch in the nation with 5.20 kills per set. He and his Trojans teammates next take the court on Wednesday, January 18, versus UC Santa Barbara.
