The FIVB has released the pool play schedule for the women’s indoor volleyball competition at the Rio Olympics.

Japan and Korea will kick off the preliminary round, which begins on August 6 and concludes August 14, while Team USA opens its Olympic run versus Puerto Rico.

Highlights of the schedule include Team USA taking on China on the final day of pool play in a rematch of the 2014 World Championship final and Brazil versus  fourth-ranked Russia to conclude the preliminary rounds.
