The first-round match-ups for the elimination phase of the men's beach volleyball tournament at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, have been announced. 

Americans Phil Dalhausser and Nick Lucena will play Alexander Huber and Robin Seidl of Austria in the first round. 

The two lucky loser matches--Bartosz Losiak and Piotr Kantor of Poland vs. Paolo Nicolai and Daniele Lupo of Italy and Ben Saxton and Chaim Schalk of Canada and Fijalek Grzegorz and Mariusz Prudel of Poland--will be played this evening at 10 p.m. ET.

The women's round of 16 match-ups will be announced today at 10:30 p.m. ET.
