Meet The 2017 Under Armour All-Americans: MacKenzie Cole

Mackenzie Cole has attended the Under Armour All-America Match each year since starting high school. Finally, next month, the libero/outside hitter from Connetquot High School in Bohemia, New York, will take the court herself as a First Team All-American.

MacKenzie Cole

Position: Outside Hitter/Libero

Height: 5-foot-9

High School: Connetquot (Bohemia, NY)

Club: Long Island Academy Volleyball

College Commitment: Duke

Just a few weeks ago, Cole won her second state championship with Connetquot, which defeated Shenendehowa in five sets in the final, capping a 39-1-2 season. Cole, who has made the U.S. youth national team training roster the last two years, ranked second on the team with 333 total kills, hitting .296, in addition to contributing 74 aces, and 292 digs.

Cole’s parents have both coached club volleyball since before she was born, and she says her ideal job after she graduates from Duke in four years is to follow in their footsteps and become a coach.

See Cole and the other First Teamers in action at the Under Armour All-America Match on December 15, 2017, LIVE only on FloVolleyball.
