USA Knocks Off Poland In First Match Of Volleyball Nations League Season
The United States knocked off Poland in four sets on the first night of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League.
The United States got the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Nations League started in style on Tuesday night at the Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Neb., knocking off Poland in four sets in the final match of the day.
The Americans won the first two sets 28-26 and 25-22 before dropping the third set 22-25. Unsurprisingly, there was no panic after the hiccup, however. The U.S. responded with a dominant fourth set, dispatching Poland, 25-15.
