USA Has No Trouble With Korea, Brazil Awaits
The U.S. Men’s National Team made short work of Korea on Saturday, earning its fifth consecutive victory to begin VNL play.
One day after a bit of a rocky outing—albeit one that ended spectacularly—the U.S. Men’s National Team was up to its old tricks on Saturday, sweeping Korea (25-23, 25-21, 25-11) to improve to 5-0 in Volleyball Nations League play.
The Americans join Poland as one of only two teams without a loss thus far.

Matt Anderson was pulled from Friday’s victory over Japan in favor of Ben Patch—who went on to lead the team to a come-from-behind win. But, if anyone was concerned about Anderson, he squashed those sentiments on Saturday, finishing with 10 kills, two blocks and an ace.
In his VNL debut, Jake Langlois led the Americans with 15 points on 14 kills and one block.
