2017 Nike Tournament of Champions
The Nike Tournament of Champions features top girls high school volleyball teams from all across the country. This year, 10 of the team competing are ranked in our Flo50 high school rankings.
Mater Dei won the Platinum Bracket at the 2017 Nike Tournament of Champions, defeating nationally No. 1-ranked Walton in the championship match. The loss in the final was Walton's first loss of the season.

In only one of the eight pools that make up the top division of the 2017 Nike Tournament of Champions did the top seed NOT earn the first-place finish. Cox Mill defeated Pool H's top-seeded Pope John Paul II of Louisiana to earn the No. 1 spot in Pool H.
National No. 1 Walton won its pool with a 3-0 record; however, Mesa managed to take a set off the mighty Raiders in the first match of the day. Other Flo50-ranked teams Corona del Sol, Santa Margarita, Mater Dei, Oviedo, Marymount, and Xavier College Prep all swept their pools and earned the first-place finish heading into tomorrow's tournament play.
To kick off the action on Saturday, teams that finished first in pool play will take on a second-place finisher from another pool to determine if they play in the Platinum or Gold bracket.
Matches on Courts 1-6 at the Sun Devil Fitness Center on the campus of Arizona State will once again be live streamed right here on FloVolleyball, starting at 9:30 AM MST.
